If I were dictator, she'd have pulled a couple hundred hours of community service at the very least for that incredibly stupid stunt. You're being chased by the paparazzi? It's not like that's never happened to you before, is it? Lock the doors, roll up the windows, and STRAP THE BRAT DOWN before you take off."
